About the event

The second race in the Human Race Off-Road Series, IceMan is a no-holds-barred off-road Duathlon event taking place at the Army Training Ground in Frimley, Surrey. Frimley is the perfect place for getting off the tarmac and into the great unknown, especially if you like mud, dirt and hills!

The IceMan Duathlon consists of a hard two lap 10km off road run loop, followed by a gruelling 3 lap mountain bike circuit with four long, steep hills that the Army’s tank force struggle to take on with a flat 5k run to finish! The off-road runs will take you over rocky, hilly terrain with technical sections and some fast downward slopes for those with nerves of steel.

IceMan, is part of the Human Race Off-Road Series, which also includes WildMan and MudMan. A series bundle offers a discount to anyone brave enough to enter all three events. Each event features differing terrain designed to play to the strengths (and expose the weaknesses) of different types of athlete at every turn.

Series Leaderboard

A Duathlon Series Leaderboard awards points to the top fifty finishers in the Duathlon at each event, with some great prizes on offer for the overall Series Champions. Points are tallied from all three events in the Series.
