Corporate Challenge Cup Ts & Cs

  • To be eligible for a prize you must have entered your team name where prompted for your Corporate Challenge Cup team name during the online entry process.
  • Entry is open to all participants except employees (and their families) of Human Race or Nuffield Health.
  • Entrants must be eligible to take part in the Nuffield Health Tri Relays event and must abide by all event rules and regulations. The race referee’s decision is final.
  • Once the results from the event have been verified, the fastest team for each of the three relay formats (Team Relay, Team Time Trial and Triple Relay) will be awarded three Nuffield Health Sports Performance Lab Tests, twenty entries into a 2017 Human Race triathlon and a Corporate Challenge Cup trophy.
  • Each winning team will be emailed with details of how to claim their prize shortly after the event.
  • The Nuffield Health Sports Performance Lab Tests must be claimed at Nuffield Health’s City Club, Cannon Street, London and includes both a Vo2 and Lactate Profile test as well as a written report as part of the 1-hour consultation with the Nuffield Health sports performance team worth £200 per person.   • The twenty entries to a Human Race triathlon can only be used in a public entry triathlon organised by Human Race which takes place at Dorney Lake in 2017. This excludes any corporate private entry events. All entrants must successfully sign up online to their requested event at least a week before the event takes place and must abide by the relevant event rules, terms and conditions.
  • The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
  • In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  • Failure to respond and/or claim any part of the prize before any specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Should no valid entrants into the Cup complete a relay format, no prize will be awarded for that format.
