Entries now open with new Multi-Event Packages offering big savings of up to £52!

It’s time to plan your perfect 2016 with next year’s Human Race Triathlon Series events announced and open for registration. New multi-event packages are designed to help the average triathlete, which new research from Human Race shows takes part in over four events per year, save up to £52. Famous for its triathlon event experience which spans over 25 years, Human Race offers a range of triathlons with distances and courses suitable for novices through to elites as well as options in the non-traditional triathlon format.

Multi-event packages will allow you to choose several events at once and get the best possible value. So now you can sign up for the esteemed Windsor Triathlon, and book a perfect warm-up event such as Eton Sprints at the same time. Alternatively plan to keep your fitness up throughout the season with at least one event at the state of the art Dorney Lake each month. The facility is the perfect location to reach your goals in 2016, the fast and flat course is complemented by the clean man-made lake.

Nuffield Health Eton SuperSprints, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 May

The start of the triathlon season wouldn’t be the same without the Nuffield Health Eton SuperSprints to kick them off. The SuperSprints’ huge popularity sees it spread over two days, allowing it to accommodate all the triathletes who need their early season kick. The 400m Swim, 21.2km Bike and 5km Run is suitable for experienced and beginner triathletes.

Eton Sprints, Sunday 22 May

An early opportunity to take on a sprint triathlon at the marvellous Dorney Lake. Eton Sprints 750m swim, closed-roads 21.2km bike and 5km run are the perfect mid-May challenge to set yourself.

 ITU Sprint Distance World Championships Qualifier (Draft legal), Sunday 22 May

Human Race are delighted to host this qualifying race for the 2016 ITU World Championships in Mexico. The fast course gives you the best possible opportunity to rack up a PB, and potentially go on to represent Great Britain at the World Championships.

 Windsor Triathlon, Sunday 12 June

One of the UK’s most esteemed triathlons returns for a 26th year in June, and shows no sign of losing the magic that has made it a BTF Triathlon of the Year winner an incredible seven times. A must-do for every triathlete, the award-winning Windsor Triathlon attracts some of the world’s best to its historic streets, with GB athlete Emma Pallant already confirmed to be taking part in 2016. The event takes places in a royal setting and features an iconic run route around Windsor Castle itself. A Race with the Stars wave will allow anybody who can race at sub 2:30 the opportunity to start alongside the best in the business.

SteelMan, Sunday 26 June

Despite its powerful name SteelMan really has a warm heart, as it allows those who don’t want to take on a traditional triathlon to get involved. Alongside both Olympic and Challenge distance triathlons will be both an Aquathlon and AquaBike. Both the Aquathlon (swim then run) and AquaBike (swim then bike) are perfect for keen swimmers and those who want to hone certain skills.

Lidl BananaMan Triathlon, Saturday 9 July

Possibly the most fun triathlon in the UK, with an incredible atmosphere throughout, Lidl BananaMan is an event not to be missed in 2016. There are a total of six different takes on the triathlon theme, including options for children to take part plus a duathlon, so there really is something for everyone. Plus afterwards tuck into the famous free Lidl Barbecue to reward yourself for a bananas day of action.

Shock Absorber Women Only Triathlon, Sunday 10 July

Exclusively for women, this special triathlon is open to all abilities, with everybody from first timers to world champions having taken part. In 2016 the Shock Absorber Women Only Triathlon will offer four distance options, along with relay and duathlon opportunities. Whether you are taking part to win, or to just finish, the wonderful atmosphere is something not to be missed.

Diamond Triathlon, Sunday 14th August

Originally created to commemorate both the Olympics and the Queens Diamond Jubilee, it’s therefore apt that the 2016 Diamond Triathlon will be held slap bang in the middle of the Rio Olympic Games. Taster, Sprint, Novice and Olympic distances are available alongside swims and a children’s wave. The perfect celebration of sport, and a chance to reflect on the world’s greatest athletes whilst challenging yourself.

HSBC Triathlon, Sunday 18th September

The finale of the Human Race Triathlon Series will be the returning HSBC Triathlon, which reached full capacity in 2015. With three of the most popular tri distances on offer plus a Duathlon and Scootathlon for the little ones, this is perfect whether you’re a seasoned veteran, a complete novice or if you want to take on the challenge as part of a team.
