The Impetus Private Equity Triathlon is set to return Saturday 16^th September 2023!

Individual:

Advent International Sprint Triathlon- £180 (400m swim, 21.2km cycle, 5km run)
PwC Challenge Triathlon – £180 (800m swim, 31.8km cycle, 7.5km run)
Kirkland & Ellis Olympic Triathlon – £180 (1500m swim, 42.4km cycle, 10km run)
Duathlon – £180 (5km run, 31.8km cycle, 5km run)

Relay (Teams of 3):

Advent International Sprint Relay Triathlon – £360 (400m swim, 21.2km cycle, 5km run)
PwC Challenge Relay Triathlon – £360 (800m swim, 31.8km cycle, 7.5km run)
Kirkland & Ellis Olympic Relay Triathlon – £360 (1500m swim, 42.4km cycle, 10km run)
Duathlon Relay – £360 (5km run, 31.8km cycle, 5km run)

All participants have a fundraising target of £400 to support the work of Impetus

Family & Children Events:

Scootathlon (4-8 years): 390m scoot, 390m cycle, 250m run

About the event

The Impetus Private Equity Triathlon is one of the highlights of the private equity calendar. You can swim, cycle, run – or do them all. Take part individually in an Olympic race, or sign up a corporate team in a relay race – the money you raise will help change a young person’s life. With children’s activities and a delicious BBQ – there’ll be fun for the whole family.

Bike Hire

Wetsuit rule:

We are often asked if wetsuits have to be worn at our events. But the wearing of wetsuits in triathlon is governed by British Triathlon rules and is totally dependent on water temperature one hour before the start of the event.

We do say that wetsuits in fact help with buoyancy and warmth, so we strongly recommend that you wear one if they are optional. We will keep you updated with water temperature as we get closer to the event but at Dorney Lake it is almost always an optional wetsuit swim.

Scootathlon:

Bikes and scooters will not be provided onsite. Please ensure you bring your child’s equipment with them. There is space to store this onsite.

Travel & Accommodation

Eton College Rowing Centre, Dorney Lake, Windsor, SL4 6QP

The event will be held at the Olympic rowing venue for the 2012 Olympic Games.

There is free on-site parking and plenty of showers and toilets. Catering will be available in the event village.
