Brief

  • To create a fundraising festival of sport that was accessible for the whole business
  • To retain a family feel event that offered staff engagement, impact of branding and value for money.

Our Response

  • We created a whole day of exercise, based around triathlon, at Dorney Lake

  • The sporting experience had to offer multiple options for beginners as well as experienced athletes
  • Separate fun events alongside including children’s Olympics, Scootathlons, Dragon boat racing etc
  • A hospitality zone with food and beverages
  • Event village to showcase other PwC partnerships across food, culture, the Arts, charity and Wellness
