Whole Foods Market Breakfast Run offers the choice between distances of 8.2 or 16 miles which makes the event ideal for runners of any ability. The 16 mile distance is perfect for athletes preparing for the London Marathon only 4 weeks later. There will be accurate mile markers which is ideal for pace judgement and the extremely flat course is just right for running a personal best to boost confidence for the big day. The 8 mile distance is perfect for those runners wanting to build on a traditional 10k distance.
The course runs along the banks of the River Thames, past the outstanding Hampton Court Palace, over the renowned Hampton Court Bridge and finishes in the ancient market place in the heart of Kingston where Whole Foods Market will be on hand with some fantastic goodies.
All finishers will receive a Whole Foods Market Breakfast Run memento.
PROVISIONAL START TIMES: 8:00am 8.2 mile Men & Women, 8:24am 16 mile Sub 2 hour Women, 8:25am 16 mile Men, 8:35am All other 16 mile Women

8.2 mile - Minimum Age 16 on Event Day
16 mile - Minimum Age 18 on Event Day
CUT OFF TIME: 16 milers - If you feel you can’t cover the first 8.2 miles at 12 min per mile pace then please contact us.
MP3 PLAYERS ETC: Human Race strongly discourages the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when competing. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile telephones, personal stereos and MP3 players. Human Race can not be responsible for accidents resulting from racing with such equipment.
