Wattbike have teamed up with their ambassador Lucy Gossage to provide Human Race participants with a triathlon training plan. The plans are 12 weeks in length and are aimed at beginners to novice level triathletes working towards and Olympic distance triathlon.
There are three levels of training plan to choose from depending on how much time you can commit to training. So you’re sure to find a suitable plan, no matter what work or life commitments you have.
